All notary services, once rendered, may not be eligible for a refund, as they involve the execution and finalization of completed notarizations. However, in the event of any inaccuracies or errors on my part that require notarization to be completed again, I am committed to taking the necessary actions to rectify the problem.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I humbly request that you provide me with a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. This notice period allows me to offer the vacant appointment slot to other clients who may be seeking my services.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour notice period, I will do my best to accommodate your request based on my availability. However, please be aware that rescheduling within this time frame is subject to availability, and I cannot guarantee an alternative appointment slot.

I understand that unexpected situations can occasionally cause delays. However, please be aware that arriving late for your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened session. This ensures that I maintain my commitment to punctuality for all my clients. The full service fee will still apply in such cases.

In addition, please note that a waiting fee may apply for late arrivals. This fee compensates for the time reserved specifically for your appointment and any inconvenience caused by the delay. We will add the waiting fee to the total service fee and it will still apply, even if the session needs to be shortened due to your late arrival.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in arriving promptly for your scheduled appointment.

In the event of circumstances beyond my control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or any other unforeseen events, I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments without any liability. I will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible in such situations.
